We’ve partnered with Mad Fox Manchester to promote local live music

Off The Square STE Waste

STE Waste are happy to announce our new partnership with Mad Fox Manchester to help them create a new live music showcase supporting local artists. Local service is a big part of what we do, so we’re excited to expand that service to build and maintain local culture in the city, through music.

The event is called Mad4Artists and will take place August 19th at Off the Square, a buzzing venue in the heart of the Manchester city’s Northern Quarter. Confirmed artists are some of the best unsigned talents in the city, such as Minerva Daisy, Brand New Legs and Colourful Crimes.

Environment art and culture coming together

The idea behind the Mad4Music event is to promote local artists and place them in front of key industry contacts, in addition to generating funds to enhance their performances through ticket sales. It’s for this reason that 95% of all revenue for the event will go to the artists, and 5% going to Help for Musicians.

Mad Fox has been working to develop artists in the region for a number of years and now want to bring that experience to a live audience to contribute to Manchester’s passionate music scene. STE Waste are always looking for new ways to support local community in our city, so we’re excited to partner with Mad Fox to make these events a reality. With the first event at Off the Square, the future roadmap aims to expand the size and scope further, giving artists the platform to showcase their talents to the biggest possible audience.
